(Special) - The death of Nelson Prentice, 85, Formerly a prominent Margaretta township resident, occurred at his home in Payne, Ohio, Thursday, according to word received here.
The body is to be brought here. The funeral will be held at the Congregational Church at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment will be in Castalia cemetery.
Mr Prentice served in the Civil war, attaining the rank of lieutenant. He lived in Mustcas until 1887, then moving to Payne,
Ohio.
The deceased is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Emma Lea, Clyde, Mrs. Kate Ward, Payne; Mrs May Ainslee, Laird, Ohio; Mrs Maggie Witter, Castalia; and a son, Dearborn Prentice, Grover Hill, Ohio.
