PRENTICE, Douglas Philip Doug passed away at the Kentwood Park Nursing Home on Wednesday February 28th, 2007, in his 94th year. Beloved son of the late Michael and Elizabeth Prentice. Survived by his sister Fern Cornell and by brother Dean and his wife Rae. Fondly remembered by his niece Darlene Prentice and by sister-in-law Marjorie Prentice. Also remembered by his several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Azeta Wilkins, Verna Inwood, and Nessie Tweedy, and by brothers Roy Wilson, Murray Prentice, and William Prentice. The family will receive friends at the John R. Bush Funeral Home 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on Friday from 12Noon - 1:00p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday March 2nd, 2007 at 1p.m. Rev. Dr. Hal Wilson officiating. Donations to the C.N.I.B.,BGH Oncology Department, or the Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family. We wish to thank all the nurses and staff on the 5th floor, WCA 3, and Dr. Goddard-Hill for their attentive care while Doug was in Belleville Hospital.
