Helen I. Stern nee Prentice, beloved wife of the late John M. Stern. Loving mother of Ronald J. (Sharon) Stern, Richard A. (Chesteen) Stern and John A. (Christine) Stern. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer A. (Kevin) Lashus, Melissa H. Stern, Kyle R. (Elizabeth) Stern, Kara A. (Brian) Jurinek, Jake M. Stern, Amy (Christopher) Bush and Caryn (Ashley) Naler. Dearest great grandmother of Lara, Lyssa, Leah, Shelby, Scarlett, Liliana, Samuel and Charlotte. Preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Verne and Allen and one sister, Ethel. Aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. At Modell Funeral Home 7710 S. Cass Avenue, Darien.
