Edward Charles Prentice, the son of Clarence and Flotilla (Wade) Prentice, was born July 6, 1932, in Sac City, Iowa. He passed away Friday, February 13, 2009, at Rosewood Manor in Estherville, Iowa, at the age of 75 years.
He received his education in the Sac City schools.
Ed farmed with his dad and uncle in Sac City. He remained single his entire life.
Ed is survived by one sister, Helen Therriault and her husband, Art of Las Cruces, New Mexico; sisters-in-law, Ruth Prentice of Terril, Iowa and Evelyn Prentice of Estherville; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Ed in death were his parents; two brothers, Robert and Dean Prentice; and one sister, Donna Mae Prentice.
