Erving Phillip Prentice

A former resident of Castalia, Erving Prentice, but residing at Smithville, O., for the past two years, died Saturday night at Memorial Hospital in Norwalk after an illness of two weeks, aged 61 years, 11 months and 25 days.
He is survived by his widow, the former Edith Rogers, of Castalia a daughter, Mrs. A.M. (Mariam) Burdge of Smithville; a son Willis Prentice, Sandusky; four grandchildren; two brothers, Ernest of Massilon, and Dr. C.M. prentice of Clyde; two sisters, Mrs Eulalia Leach and Mrs. Emma Dalzell, both of Clyde. A son, Adair, died Sept. 17, 1924.
The body is at the Frey Funeral Home, where funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Mr harris of Castalia Congregational Church officiating. Burial in Castalia Cemetery.
