Peacefully, on Saturday, August 6, 2005, at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 87. Everett Prentice of Scugog Island, beloved husband of the late Christina (nee Brekke). Loving father of Robert Prentice and his wife Margaret of Port Perry, William Prentice and his wife Mary Helen of Scugog Island, Barrie Prentice and his wife Mary of Winnipeg, Penny and her husband Don Pettypiece of Scugog Island and Everett Bruce Prentice and his wife Genny of Woodville. Loved grandfather of Jeanette, Leigh, Bradley, Nicole, Yvonne, Ross, Ian, Carla, Andrew, Charlotte, Kris, Karl, Vince, and Charlie, and great grandfather of Sarah, Chris, Tiffany, Chantal and Alyssa. Dear brother of Edna Brekke of Port Perry. The family of Everett Prentice will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, â€"McDermott-Panabaker Chapelâ€, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, August 9th from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 10th at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
