1. Charles Darcy Prentice was b. c. 1885-1893 at an unknown location. In 1922, Charles’s occupation is given as a grazier. In 1922, on the C’wealth Electoral Roll, Charles Darcy Prentice and his wife Ellen are listed as living at Rhintdanman, Comet, in the subdivision of Emerald, Division of Capricornia.

He m. Ellen O’Reilly on 25 Jun 1913 in Queensland, Australia (Ref: 1913/002928). In 1922, on the C’wealth Electoral Roll, Charles Darcy Prentice and his wife Ellen are listed as living at Rhintdanman, Comet, in the subdivision of Emerald, Division of Capricornia. Known children (per Judith Dickson, email, 4 Sep 2006):

1. Ellen Louisa Prentice, b. 8 May 1914 (Ref: 1914/004055).

2. Charles Patrick Prentice, b. 18 July 1916 (Ref: 1916/010715) at Rockhampton, Queensland. He enlisted at Brisbane in the Royal Australian Air Force on 27 Apr 1941 and was a Flight Lieutenant in the 7 Operational Training Unit. His next of kin in 1941 was given as Beryl Prentice (possibly wife)

3. William Edgar Prentice, b. 15 Dec 1917 (Ref: 1918/002704).
