Who are Henry Prentice's Parents"

Given Henry Prentices' 1851, 1861 and 1871 census records presence in St. Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, there seems a good chance that is the Henry Prentice shown in the IGI as b. 10 Jul 1810 and chr. 26 Aug 1810 in St. Martin in the Fields, Westminster, London. He is shown in the IGI as the son of William and Ann Prentice

Also living with the family was Emily Neale, sister in law, b. c. 1811, Spern. It is unclear whether Neale is Emily's maiden surname or her married surname.
