Who are Frederick Prentice's Parents?

In reviewing the IGI and our database, the only Frederick Prentice we have located so far in an appropriate time frame is Frederick Horatio Prentice (Prentices of the Colnes, Fall 1999), but he cannot be the right person because he had emigrated to Canada by 1845.

We also checked the earliest census available, the 1851 census, but it does not show any Prentice, either born there or living there, old enough to be the parent of Frederick Prentice who was b. c. 1816 in Chelmsford. Either they were born elsewhere and living elsewhere in 1851, or were deceased by 1851.
