We recently learned that Linus Joseph "Joe" Dewald Jr. passed away on September 29, 2022. Joe was 90 years old. Our condolences go out to his family. Joe was a major contributor to PrenticeNet for over 20 years, and he will be missed. If you are his family or know of family members, please have them get in touch with me.

Much of this information came from correspondents and is reasonably accurate. However, its accuracy rests on many factors, including legibility of handwriting and memory.
