Henry appears in the 1880 Hampden Co., MA census with his wife, Sarah Marie Edmonds, b. c. 1837, MA and dau. of Zephaniah Edmonds (b. 24 Oct 1789) and Adelaide Jewell (b. 1802) (per Ancesty.com. Living with their family is Adeline Prentice, b. c. 1802 and identified as his mother. Children of Henry and Sarah:
- Lucius H. Prentice, b. c. 1868, MA. He appears in the 1900 Springfield, Hampden, MA census with his wife, Eloise B., b. Apr 1875, MA.
- Watson Prentice, b. c. 1871, CT.

3. Emory Prentice, b. c. 1876, CT. He appears in the 1920 Monson, Hampden Co., MA census with his wife, Ida, b. c. 1874, Nova Scotia, Canada, and daughter:
- Hazel Prentice,b. c. 1901, MA.
Reuben and Olive Prentice, who appear on pg. 168 of our PRENTICE book, had a son, Benjamin Prentice who married Adeline/Sarah. Adeline is likely the the Adeline Nichols, shown in the US Marriage Index, who married Benjamin Prentiss on 1 Jan 1837 at Hampden Co., MA.
That 1837 marriage date would be consistent with Benjamin's known children, and would also be consistent with Henry being a previously unknown son. It would also be consistent with Henry's various CT and MA residences.
