He might be Richard James Prentice who is #5.1 in our Spriing 1999 article entitled Ela Prentice of Troy, Fulton Co., IL His wife d. in 1996 in Brea, Orange Co., CA, and his current wife, Shirley, may be a 2nd marriage for Richard who was b. 29 Jul 1932, Chicago, Cook Co., IL, and d. 5 May 2011, Brea, Orange Co., CA. age 78.

He m. (2nd?) Shirley, b. c. 1935, and d. 2014 in Brea, CA. Her obituary reads as follows:

Shirley Prentice, b. c. 1935 and d. 19 Apr 2014 at the age of 79 in Brea, Calif.

She is survived by Aunt Doris, her sister-in-law, three children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her beloved friends at Forrest Hill Baptist Church. Memorial services will be held at a later time at Forrest Hills Baptist church with the church announcing arrangements.

They had three children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
