Orange County Register, The (Santa Ana, CA) - Saturday, December 17, 2016: RALPH GORDON PRENTISS 1937 - 2016

Prentiss, Ralph Gordon, age 79, passed away on December 9, 2016. He is survived by his wife, three children, two step-children, nine grandchildren and one brother.

Ralph had a long and successful career in the Southern California home building industry. Family, friends, business associates, and animals all enjoyed his kind and generous nature. He will be greatly missed.

A "Celebration of Life" will take place in the Waverley Chapel at Fairhaven Memorial Park ( www.fairhavenmemorial.com), Santa Ana on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 12:00 pm. A reception will immediately follow. In recognition of Ralph's love of animals and his desire to find a cure for Alzheimer's, the family would appreciate that in lieu of flowers, donations be made either to the Best Friends Animal Society ( bestfriends.org/memorials) or to the Alzheimer's Association ( www.alzfdn.org/).

It is unclear whether he is the Ralph G. Prentiss, b. c. 1837, who m. Sandra O. Holzer age 18, in Los Angeles, CA, on 15 Dec 1862. `
