1. Wiliam "Bill" Prentice was b. c. 1920-1927 at an unknown location and d. before 2007. At the time of his death he may have lived in Villa Park and/or Bartlett, Cook Co., IL.

We do note that the SSDI shows an Alexander W. Prentice who was b. 25 Oct 1925, obtained his SS# in IL, and d. 20 Jan 1994 in Bartlett, Cook Co., IL.

He m. Dorothy Cabo. She was b. c. 1927, Bartlett, Cook Co., IL, and d. 7 Dec 2007. Her obituary in the 13 Dec 2007 "Lomardian" in Lombard, IL, reads as follow:

Dorothy C. Prentice, nee Cabo, 82, of Bartlett, formerly of Villa Park, died Friday, Dec. 7.

Visitation will be today, Dec. 12, at Countryside Funeral Home, 950 S. Bartlett Road, Bartlett. Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 13, at St. Peter Damian Church. Interment is at Bartlett Cemetery.

Mrs. Prentice is survived by her children, Bill (Sue), Marge (Paul) Marchese, Robert, Donald (Karen) and Dorothy Flowers; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill.

Mrs. Prentice was a former lunch mom for Bartlett Elementary School and worked in food service at Elmhurst College.
