Who are Mary Ann Prentice's Parents?

She might be related to the Prentice families of Great Bricett set out in our Spring 2001 article entitled John Prentice of Needham, Suffolk , and might be the Mary Ann Prentice there as #4(viii), chr. 14 Apr 1816, Great Bricett, dau. of Robert Prentice and Keziah Laughlan

There is a gap from 1809 to 1816 when no births are shown, but 3 children, including Mary Ann, are all chr. on the same day, 14 Apr 1816. That suggests that Mary Ann may have been born closer to 1811 as shown in census records.

Investigation is continuing.
