Update of 30 Jul 2011: James W. Prentice is James Wilson Prentice who is #1.2(ii) in our Spring 2007 article entitled James Prentice of Dalserf, Scotland . That article now replaces this article.
1. James W. Prentice was b. c. 1888, MA. He appears in the 1930 Saugus, Essex, MA census with his wife and family.
He m. Georgia V., b. c. 1896, MA. children:
- Ruth L. Prentice, b. c. 1913, MA.
- James S. Prentice, b. c. 1918, MA
- Gordon M. Prentice, b. c. 1928, MA
The only clue we have for now is that the 1930 census says that both of his parents were b. in Scotland and that they emigrated before James' 1888 birth in MA.
