Since Thomas Prentys was likely b. c. 1555-1579, in reviewing the IGI, we found some possible birth dates and parents for Thomas Prentys:

1. He might be the Thomas Prentice, chr. 28 Aug 1557, Christ Church Greyfriars Newgate, London. His parents are not identified in the IGI.
2. He might be a son of Thomas Prentis, who m. Anne Cowper on 5 Jun 1566 in St. Botolph Aldergate, London.
