1. Elsovave "Ella" Prentice, called Ella in the 1900 census, was b. 16 Jul 1861 in OH and d. 1 Aug 1 Aug 1935 in Lincoln, KS. She is bur. in Prairie Grove Cem., Lincoln, KS.
She m. William Warren Montgomery on 8 Aug 1879. He was b. 19 Jun 1857 in Johnson Co., IA and d. 29 Jun 1933 in Lincoln Co., KS. Bur. in Prairie Grove Cem., Lincoln, KS. He was the son of Robert Montgomery and Eliza Ann Flint. They appear in the 1900 Indiana, Lincoln Co., KS census. Children per Ancestry.com :
- Retta Montgomery, b. 19 Jun 1880, and d. 11 Nov 1963.
- Ella Loretta Montgomery, b. 19 Jun 1880 in Lincoln County, Kansas and d. 11 Nov 1963, Cortez, CO. She m. John F. Bergquist on 19 Jun 1902. He was b. 1864 in Lubile, Sweden.
- Courtney Montgomery, b. c. 1881.
- Laura M. Montgomery, b. 15 Sep 1882 in Lincoln, Kansas, and d. 25 May 1974, Salina, KS.
She m. Charles F. Dodds. He was b. 8 Oct 1880, McPherson, KS. They appear in the 1920 census in
Salina, KS, with their son:
- Rolland Dodds, b. c. 1905, KS. Unclear whether in the SSDI.
- Jessie Belle Montgomery, b. 30 Jun 1887 in Dighton, KS, and d. 12 May 1965, Lincoln, Lincoln Co., KS.
