1. Milo/Mila Prentice was b. Oct 1834 in NY with both parents b in VT. He first appears indexed as Mila Prentice in the 1900 census in Brant, Erie Co., NY with his wife and children. He does not appear in the 1850, 1860, 1870 or 1880 census.

He m. Minnie, b. Feb 1860, NY. Children at home in 1900 census.

1. William Prentice, b. Nov 1886, NY. Not in 1910 or 1920 census.
2. Sadie Prentice, b. 1890, NY.
3. Beulah Prentice, b. Aug 1892, NY.
4. George D. Prentice, b. Oct 1898, NY. Not in 1910 or 1920 census.

There is a chance that Milo Prentice is the son of William Prentice whose wife, Pamelia Stanley, apparently widowed, was living in Brant, Erie Co., NY at the time of the 1850 census; she and her husband had previously been living in Castile, Genessee Co., NY.
