1. George Prentiss was b. c. 1894 in the Syrian Arab Republic. He appears in the 1920 census in Baltimore, MD, with his wife and son.
He m. Edna M., b. c. 1901, PA (both parents were b. in VA). His occupation is given as "Bearing Steel, Merchant and Distrib.". Son (per 1920 census):
- James P. Prentiss,b. c. 1917, VA
George does not appear in the 1930 census and was either deceased, missed, or had left the country, perhaps returning to Syria.
The only information we have is from the 1920 census. His father was b. in Syria as was his mother.
