Update of 23 Feb 2011 Charles Prentice is #1(iv)(a) in our Winter 1999 article entitled Isaac Prentice of Waldringfield, England . That earlier article now replaces this article.
1. Charles Prentice, b. c. 1863, Woodbridge, Suffolk. He does not appar in the 1871 census. Charles was a lodger in the William Chambers home in the 1881 census and unmarried. He appears in the 1891 census in Highbury Islington civil parish, London. He later appears in the 1901 Stoke Newington, London, England census with his wife and children.
He m. Fanny, b. c. 1859 Sheford, Bedfordshire. He was a "Packer-Shipping Worker." He does not appear in the IGI. Children:
- Charles Augustus Prentice, b. c. 1888, Stoke Newington, London.
- Maud Prentice, b. c. 1897, Stoke Newington, London
