Hosea Prentice (1802-????) We are seeking information about Hosea Prentice, born in May, 1805 at Shaftsbury, Bennington Co., VT. He is the son of James Prentice of Shaftsbury. Hosea was living in Chenango, Broome Co., NY in 1827, but we have no further inforamtion about any possible marriage or descendants. He does not appear in the 1830, 1840 or 1850 census.
Hosea Prentice (1818-1909) We are also seeking information about the descendants of the children of Hosea Prentice, born 19 Dec 1818 at Shaftsbury, VT. He is the son of Isaac Prentice, one of the sons of James Prentice of Shaftsbury. Hosea died on 5 Dec 1909 at Sac City, Sac, IA. We would like to locate descendants of his children (George, Harlow, Ida, or Ann).
Hosea Prentice (1852-????) Finally, we are seeking information about the descendants of Hosea Prentice, a grandson of the above Isaac Prentice through Isaac's son, Nathaniel. This Isaac was born in 1852 in WI and married Susan F. Wallace. We know they had at least one son, Wallace B. Prentice, born 15 Oct 1890 in Boyer Valley, Sac Co., IA.
