1. Thomas Prentice, b. c 1825 in Ireland, appears in the 1880 Brooklyn, NY census as a Clerk, Drug Store, with hiw wife, Margaret/Margret, b. c. 1825 in Ireland, and children:
- James T. Prentice, b. c. 1852, NY. Not shown in our copy of the 1900 and 1920 NYC census.
- Charles Henry Prentice, b. c. 1860, NY. . . . . . . [2]
- Daniel Prentice, b. c. 1865, NY. There are 2 men named Daniel Prentice in NYC in the 1900 census, both living alone and unmarried. Neither appear in our copy of the 1920 census.
2. Charles Henry Prentice, b. c. 1860, NY. He is probably the Charles H. Prentice, shown in the 1900 NY, Kings Co., NY census as b. Aug 1860 in NY, together with his wife, Louise Roehling(?), b. Sep 1860, NY, and children:
- Louise Prentice, b. Jun 1890, NY.
- Elizabeth M. Prentice, b. Sep 1895, NY.
Charles does not appear in our copy of the 1920 NYC census.
