1. Edward Garvin Prentice was b. 25 Apr 1921 in East Orange, NJ and d. 30 Mar 2004 at the age of 82 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. At the time of his death he was a resident of Rollins Lane, Kennebunk.

He was the son of John and Lois Garvin Prentice. He graduated from Belmont High School in Belmont Mass. where he met his wife, Priscilla. Edward went on to earn his degree from Bentley College. He was a World War II, veteran serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Mr. Prentice was a computer consultant for utility companies for many years. He was an avid tennis player and enjoyed woodworking.

Edward's obituary relates that the funeral was arranged by the Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk, where a funeral was held with the Rev. Stephen Hastings officiating. Interment was at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Raymond.

Edward m. Priscilla Clark, Children:

  1. Steven Prentice. He m. Joan. In 2004 they lived in Kennebunk.
  2. Laini Prentice. She m. Mr. Shillito. In 2004 they lived in Kennebunk

At the time of his death in 2004, Edward and Priscilla had 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
