5. Edward Albert Prentice was b. 26 Nov 1924, Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon and d. 18 Feb 2004 in in his home in Vancouver, WA where he had lived since about 1954 (per obituary).

Edward was a Navy veteran of World War II, attended the University of Oregon and University of Portland. He was a co-owner of E.V. Prentice Company in Portland, and managed the company for 40 years. He was a member of Royal Oaks Country Club. His funeral was at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, followed by a funeral Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Portland. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

  2. Mary E. Prentice. She m. Mr. Sullivan and in 2004 lived in Torrance, CA.

  5. Robert Prentice. In 2004 he lived in Vancouver.

Mr. Prentice left 33 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
