As the word got out that the Smith's of 16 Park Avenue, Derry, NH had a new baby, the neighbor's comment,"Just another Smith brat", served as a reminder to me that I have a huge responsibility to uphold the family reputation of fun and revelry. Those that went before me set the example and I quickly followed their lead. We grew up in a home filled with love, joy, and hilarity exploding spontaneously.

Let me introduce you to my grandparents. Actually, I never met them. I guess that's why I've been searching the libraries, cemeteries, and internet looking for them.
