    Who are George Prentiss' Parents?

The 1900 census in Bennington, Bennington Co., VT, says that both parents of George (who was b. 1820, VT) were b. in England. Since George was b. c. 1820 in VT, that suggests that his parents were b. in England c. 1780-1800.

It is speculation at this point whether they accompanied George to VT, and whether they may have entered VT from Canada.

    Investigation is continuing.
